About Us
Tallow Botanicals specialises in small-batch, natural skincare made with grass-fed regenerative tallow, botanicals, and coconut oil. All products are handmade with care.
Orders and Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or product description.
Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
Product Information
We strive to provide accurate descriptions, images, and ingredient lists. However, as our balms are handmade in small batches using natural ingredients, slight variations in colour, scent, texture, or appearance may occur. This does not affect the quality or performance of the product.
Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any consumer guarantees under the ACL.
