We are a small family business based on the Central Coast, NSW, and we handcraft every Tallow Botanicals balm with care.

Shipping Options & Costs  
- Standard Shipping (Australia Post): $10 flat rate (orders under $100)  
- Free Shipping: On all orders over $80  


Processing Time  
All orders are lovingly prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days. During busy periods it may take up to 5 business days.

Delivery Times  
- NSW / ACT: 2–5 business days  
- VIC, QLD: 3–7 business days  
- SA, WA, TAS, NT: 4–10 business days

International Orders  
We currently ship only within Australia. If you’re overseas, please email us… we may be able to arrange something special.
